What we place.
A dedicated capital markets desk inside the firm. We act as agent for clients, placing debt and arranging capital across banks, credit unions, debt funds, and private lenders. This is distinct from our Investments practice, where the firm participates as a principal.
Capital markets and advisory services are provided through Eagle Nest Property Group. Brokerage services are provided through Eagle Nest Brokerage LLC, the firm's licensed Texas brokerage entity.
