Team
A decade of Texas development and brokerage, paired with a decade of capital markets and private credit.
Managing Partner
Stuart is the founder and Managing Partner of Eagle Nest Property Group. A Houston native (Kinkaid School · Ole Miss B.B.A., Banking & Finance), he has spent the last decade developing, operating, and investing in commercial real estate across Texas.
He advises, develops, and invests on his own account, pairing an underwriter's discipline with an operator's bias for execution across the full lifecycle of a deal: site selection and underwriting, entitlement and site planning, leasing, disposition, and capital structure.
His experience spans preschool-anchored mixed-use development in the Austin metro, retail value-add execution in Dallas-Fort Worth, master-planned residential in Central Texas, single-tenant net lease, and institutional site-selection advisory. From 2023 to 2026 he served as Director of Sales & Leasing at Centerpoint Commercial Properties, where he oversaw a 700K SF DFW retail portfolio. He now operates Eagle Nest as his full-time practice.
Stuart has been named to D CEO Magazine's Power Brokers list in 2025 and 2026, recognizing top commercial real estate brokers in Dallas-Fort Worth.
Stuart is based in Dallas and operates the family ranch in Salado, Texas, which anchors 2 of the firm's sister ventures.
Partner · Capital Markets
Trevor is a Partner at Eagle Nest, leading capital markets for the firm. A Fort Worth based operator, he has spent the last decade across real estate development, private credit, and investor relations, taking projects from underwriting and debt through entitlements and construction.
His underwriting background runs deep. As a top producer at a fintech lender, he underwrote and closed $200M+ across 300+ real estate loans, sizing debt and modeling DSCR, LTV, ARV, and the full capital stack while managing construction draws through build.
Since then he has raised $30M+ for a luxury residential community, led horizontal infrastructure planning for a large master-planned campus from planning through entitlement, and sourced and closed 8 retail development sites, 7 entitled and 2 carried through construction.
He is currently advisor of record on a senior land-bridge facility for an entitled, master-planned healthcare campus in Southern California.
Trevor holds FINRA Series 22 and Series 63 licenses and the SIE, and is a Certified Pricing Professional. He earned a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, where he played 4 years of varsity football and won an Ivy League championship.
How We Work
We work on real estate timelines, not commission timelines. A good site is worth waiting for. A wrong deal is worth walking away from.
A small number of partners on the best deals, not many partners on every deal. Our pipeline stays narrow by choice.
We advise. We develop. We own. Our recommendations are shaped by what we'd do with our own capital.
