Information you provide to us

When you submit our contact form or email us, we collect the details you choose to share. Investor inquiries collect your name, email, and any investment interests you choose to share. If you request a property flyer and availability updates, we use your name and email to respond and send those updates. You can ask us to stop updates at any time by replying or emailing team@eaglenestpg.com.

The Site also uses privacy-focused, cookieless analytics (Fathom Analytics) to measure aggregate page traffic. This does not identify you personally and does not track you across other sites.

Agreements, data rooms, and document uploads

When you sign a confidentiality or brokerage agreement through the Site, we collect the details you enter (your name, company, title, email, phone, and license number where relevant), a one-time code we email you to confirm your address, your typed or drawn signature, and an audit record of the signing (date and time, IP address, and device and browser type). We use this record to prove the agreement was signed, email you a signed copy, register you with a listing broker where the agreement allows it, and give you access to the matching data room. When you open a data room file, we record which file you opened and when. If you upload documents or share your buying criteria, we keep them to evaluate and market properties for you and to match you with opportunities. Signed agreements and uploads are stored with our website host (Netlify) and our document storage provider (Dropbox), and emails are sent through our email provider (Resend).

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting and security provider may automatically log technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, and the pages you view. This helps us keep the Site secure, reliable, and performant.

Cookies and similar technologies

The Site uses a minimal set of cookies and similar technologies necessary for core functionality and security, including a secure cookie that keeps you signed in to a data room you have been given access to. We do not use the Site to build advertising profiles. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings. Some features may not function correctly if you disable them.

Data Retention

We keep inquiry and contact information for as long as needed to respond to you, maintain our business relationship, and meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations, after which we delete or de-identify it. Signed agreements and their audit records are kept for at least as long as the agreement and any obligations under it remain in effect, and as long as Texas real estate recordkeeping rules require.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) transmission, to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Texas residents
